The Belly Bundle is a pregnancy subscription box service which sends a monthly box delivered right to the expecting mamas doorstep packed with healthy products, maternity apparel + must haves for mama & baby all tailored to their due date!

Each month we handpick and select a box just for you tailored to your due date! Depending on which trimester you are in boxes will include items such as essential oils, motherhood apparel, milestone cards, ultrasound frames, a pregnancy journal, onesies for your little one, spa and beauty products, jewelry & much more!

Your first box will ship on 2/15/24

Please read in detail to understand exactly when your first "renewal" charge will process. This charge will be in place to process your second box!

If you subscribe between the 1st - 10th of the current month you will be re-billed for your 2nd box on the 28th of that same month and it will ship our next regular monthly shipment between the 9th and 12th of the following month. All boxes after that will renew on the 18th of each month and will ship with our regular monthly shipment between the 9th and 12th of each month.


If you subscribe between the 11th - End of the current month you will be re-billed for your 2nd box on the 18th of the following month and will ship with our regular monthly shipment between the 9th and 12th of each month.

Your first box will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of the inital order. All boxes following will be shipped between the 9th and 12th of each month!

You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way! If located in the United States you should receive your box an estimated 5 to 7 business days after it has shipped! All international orders are shipped via DHL and have an estimated 8 to 11 business days for delivery. All customers located in US Territories of Guam, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are charged $12.95 for shipping because they must be shipped via USPS priority mail.  

We hope you never leave us, but if you do decide to cancel, you can do so by emailing us at Support@thebellybundle.com.

Be sure to cancel 48 hours BEFORE your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.

The Belly Bundle has four subscription plans: Monthly6 months9 months and 12 monthsIf you select the month to month plan, you can cancel with no associated fees. If you select a 6, 9 or 12 month plan, you can make changes to your shipment at any time such as electing to pause it for 2 months or skip twice, but if you cancel before your elected period is up we will charge your account for the amount of any plan savings accrued up until that point. This means that ANY discount you received on your first box for subscribing to a 6, 9 or 12 month plan will be VOIDED and we will charge your account accordingly to collect that original discount back.

We allow 2 skips per subscription if you just need to take a break. You will still be required to fulfill all boxes to complete your subscription.

All shipping address changes must be made 48 hours before your auto-renewal is set to go through. 

We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if the address was not updated before the cutoff date. Please email Support@thebellybundle.com with assistance in any shipping address changes.

No shipping is not included in the price of our boxes but we have set flat rates for our customers! All U.S. orders cost $7.95 to ship plus 0.85 cent Covid-19 surcharge, in total you will see $8.80 being billed for shipping for all U.S. orders. US Territories of Guam, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are charged $12.95 for shipping because they must be shipped via USPS priority mail. International shipping cost $15.95 to ship plus 0.85 cent Covid-19 surcharge, in total you will see $16.80 being billed for shipping for all U.S. orders

The Belly Bundle is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards due to insufficient funds.

Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded you must email us at Support@thebellybundle.com and request a refund. 

We want to make sure your Belly Bundle is perfect, so we gladly replace any broken or defective items! Please take a photo of the damaged or defective item and send it to our customer support team at Support@thebellybundle.com

If you received a shirt that does not fit properly we will happily exchange it with you for a new shirt as long as we have the new size available in stock.

Request for exchange must be made directly to The Belly Bundle at Support@thebellybundle.com within 30 days of receiving the box.

What are Route’s Policies?

  • Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

 Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered  

Orders over $100 USD require a police report

 

  • Stuck In Transit (Lost) 

Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date

Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date

 

  • Damaged 

File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

 

Is Route a licensed insurance company?

 

Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company with SEG Insurance Ltd. as its partner.

 

Where is my order?

 

Download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

 

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

 

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route package protection at checkout. 

When you add Route Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.

 

Does Route Protect cover stolen items?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route Protect, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds

 

Route Refunds vs Reorders

 

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

 

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free! 

 

How do I file a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

 

If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
